Be a Speaker

This camp is giving an opportunity to share your knowledge among Drupalers, it will help to become well known in the Drupal community, and raise your Drupal karma. Drupal events have some of the quality audiences around you, so be a speaker of Drupal Camp India 2008 and you will get valuable benefits from it.

We are in search of people, who has an extensive knowledge about Drupal and want to share in between 80 to 100 persons don't hesitate to submit your Drupal topic to our website's Sessions' page. Session length will be around 30 to 40 minutes. If you have a topic that needs extended coverage, multiple sessions can be set up.

Marketing Track: The main aim for this track is to share different Marketing tools and strategy for open source businesses, Educate organizations about benefits of using Drupal as a platform through case studies, show cases & industry discussions. New business challenges for drupal community, business of consulting, Risk Management are the other topics which we can discuss in same track.

Developers Track: Developer Track is a hardcore Drupal track which will focus on topics like RDF, coding practices, site builders, themers, scalability, deployment and so on. In this track, even speakers can present their sessions with different Showcases, Examples & Case studies.

Students Track: The cream students from well known colleges, Universities are supposed to attend this track. This track will help students to get in depth knowledge about Drupal as well Open Source softwares.

You have the ability to categorize your session based on the track you submit to. See the sessions' detail while our Camp panel will work out the more elaborate descriptions for their tracks. You can tag your session with multiple target audiences, a session type and an intended session length. In the case of sessions going to one of our organized tracks, the track chairs will get back to you if any of your intentions are not suitable for the given track (i.e. there is not as many long session slots, or the slots are to be used for different session types).

You can also specify co-presenters and provide a description so that attendees can understand your submission and (in case of sessions going to one of the tracks), our track chairs can decide on inclusion in the final program.
